5 Mondays: September 23, October 28, November 25, (no class in Dec), January 27, February 24, 5:30 – 6:45 pm 

This 5-part monthly series focuses on the stages of meditation as outlined in "The Mind Illuminated" by Culadasa, with a special emphasis on those new to meditation, and those wanting to enhance their leadership and creativity. Participants will explore different stages of meditation, gaining valuable insights and techniques that support personal and professional growth.

Whether you are a beginner or an experienced meditator, this course will guide you through the stages of meditation, integrating practical applications for leaders and creatives. The sessions will be interactive and adaptable to the needs and interests of the participants.

Minda Aguhob is a certified meditation teacher in The Mind Illuminated, trained to blend ancient techniques with modern neuroscience and Culadasa’s 10-stage roadmap to provide personalized guidance, helping students enhance mindfulness, focus, and resilience at any level. Minda has over 30 years of experience at the intersection of mind, spirit, and community and is the executive director of The Co-Caring Initiative, a nonprofit dedicated to fostering mindful leadership and pioneering technology that addresses the world's most pressing challenges.
