The CDHB Youth Advisory Council presents...
The Missing Link: A contemporary science-based approach to mental health and chronic illness
Speakers: Libby Rainger- The Wellness Platform & Bianca Smeekes- Neurospark
Libby & Bianca will share with you more about the power of the mind-body connection and how we can use this to improve our health.
Based on Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), neuroscience & psychology you will learn:
- How we can begin to retrain our brain through neuroplasticity
- How our unconscious mind plays a major role in health.
- How our use of language is affecting how we are thinking, feeling, and behaving.
- The power of visualisation.
- Emotions and our health.

This event is open to anyone to attend but we especially encourage rangatahi, their friends & whānau, and health professionals to attend!

The night will consist of Libby & Bianca speaking on this topic and an opportunity for some Q&A at the end of the evening.
