The MKE VSS Goes to Tea
Event description
You are cordially invited to an afternoon tea at the Woman's Club of Wisconsin* hosted by the Milwaukee Vintage Style Society on Saturday, the thirteenth of April, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon.
In addition to tea an assortment of sandwiches and desserts will be served. A cash bar will be available.
As with all of our events, vintage and vintage style attire is strongly encouraged, but not required. We leave the interpretation of 'vintage' up to our guests. We will never ask for a specific era, nor will we ever judge if your outfit is repro, or modern clothing styled to look vintage. One of my favourite things about this group is seeing everyone's different interpretations of 'vintage style'. We are surprised and delighted by everyone's variety of styles each time we get together!
The Milwaukee Vintage Style Society believes in 'Vintage Style Not Vintage Values'. All are welcome at our event but we extend an extra special welcome to members of the BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities.
*even though we are at the Woman's Club of Wisconsin, people of all genders are welcome. We wouldn't have it any other way!
