The Montessori Journey

Our most popular parent education session of 2023 is back! 

Join Barrenjoey Montessori School educators for a journey through the Cycle 1, Cycle 2 and Cycle 3 classrooms as they the demonstrate how a Montessori education supports children's natural curiosity and propensity to learn across their preschool and primary years.

This year, we explore the ways our students learn about multiplication from the age of 3 right up to 12 years. You'll see Montessori maths materials in action and learn how each material responds to the characteristics of the child at different stages of development and builds on the learning of the Cycles before.

This parent education session is open to all interested parents, including those curious about Montessori and those interested in joining the Barrenjoey Montessori School community. Please note that this session is for adults only.
