The Moon and Me

Have you ever wondered about the mystery of the lunar-cycle and the mystery of our menstrual-cycle as women?

Did you know that they are both deeply intertwined?

And when you learn to work with these cycles you gain deeper insight into yourself as a women and the rich wisdom contained within your female body, emotions, psychology and so much more..

‘When women gather the missing parts of themselves find their way home.

There is a profound richness to hearing a woman speak her authentic truth.

We realise that we ARE whole. That we ARE normal. That we AREN’T alone.

We are reviving ancient wisdom and creating modern spaces where we can reconnect with our truth and the truth of the universe.

A space where there is no hierarchy. No competition. No judgement. No expectation.

Just undivided attention. Love. Respect. Compassion. Understanding. And fun!

Humans have used ceremony as a way to commune with a power higher than themselves for millennia. In doing so we experience a deeper relationship to the earth and the seasons and cycles of life. We get to be present with our lives as we shift and change.

The Moon is the closest planetary body to the Earth and her cycles mirror a woman’s menstrual cycle.

Lunar controls the tides on Earth and because humans are made up of 70% water it is common knowledge that the cycles of the Moon also affect us.

Aligning with the cycles of the Moon is the easiest, most profound way to access insight into yourself while experiencing greater flow and ease by knowing when to push and when to pull.’ - Kirra Batchelor.

In this moon-cycle workshop you will learn how the moon affects you emotionally, physically and psychologically.

You will gain insight into your powerful and mystical female body and connect with all the beautiful cycles you journey through with more depth, understanding and reverence so that you can deepen and nurture your self-love practice.

“The moon doesn’t consider one phase better than another; she just glows, equally stunning at each turn. Why should we be any different?” – Cristen Rodgers

More about The Self-Love Movement:

The Self-Love Movement is a global social movement connecting women through the power of gathering and to their True-Self.

Through the use of live events and workshops, women are encouraged to be the best they can be, to expand their minds, to break-free of their own stories and to live a wildly authentic and abundant life full of love.

The Self-Love Movement is a powerful platform for women to feel safe, heard, supported and loved.

“Live with an open heart and bathe in a sea of self-love. It is not selfish to love yourself unconditionally. In fact, it is absolutely necessary! Your entire world is reflective of the relationship you have with self. It’s time to nourish and nurture this connection and watch your life begin to magically blossom through the power of Self-Love.” – Alana Arvanitis

Self-Love is the act of putting your own happiness & well-being first, something that is lacking within our current society.

It all starts with SELF. “Your relationship you have with yourself sets the tone for every other relationship you have.”

“If you don’t go within you go without” – Alana Arvanitis

It’s time to put “self” first. It’s time to remove the things that cloud your happiness & well-being. It’s time to come together and share your uniqueness to the world. It’s time to be inspired, supported, and empowered. It is time to love & be loved… and it all starts with YOU.

You absolutely deserve all the love and inspiration you seek and The Self-Love Movement is the way of finding your path and weave within the YOUniverse.
