Nobody hands you a manual when you fall pregnant. You read all the books, join all the groups, and still feel like there's a gap between "I think I'm ready" and actually knowing what to do.

One ticket gets you into a full day built specifically for expecting or new mums. You'll walk away with real skills, real connections, and a lot more confidence about what's ahead.

Hosted by Brittany (paediatric ED nurse, Safe Kids First Aid), Lizzie (Midwife and Me) and Jess (midwife and host of the Pregnancy Diaries Podcast), who opens the day.

What's included

Three 45 minute expert sessions:

• Birth education with Lizzie from Midwife and Me

• Pelvic floor physio with Kristina

• Recognising red flags in an unwell newborn (baby first aid) with Brittany, paediatric ED nurse and founder of Safe Kids First Aid

• Pilates stretches and posture with Wendy from W Method Pilates

The day wraps with a panel featuring Brittany, Lizzie, Jess, Kristina and Whitney from FITT SISS, so you can ask whatever's still on your mind plus anything pregnancy / postpartum exercise related.

• Morning tea and lunch
