The Motherhood Comedy Show Kalgoorlie

The Motherhood is a Perth group made up of four passionate women, (Emma Krause (Mum of twins), Simone Springer (Burlesque Babe), Lucy Ewing (the Silly Mum) and Pony (the FIFO wife). They are not only stand-up comedians but also Mums, small business owners, authors, teachers, wives, friends and daughters. 

These Mums are real. They all screw things up on a regular basis, no matter how hard they try. They share stories of parenting failures and these remind their audiences to have a long, hard laugh at themselves.

After a Sold Out FRINGEWORLD 2018 run and sold out Perth Comedy Festival 2019, The Motherhood have been performing ‘Surviving the circus’ to sell-out crowds around Western Australia, as well as Adelaide FRINGEWORLD 2020. ‘Surviving the Circus’ isn’t just for Mums, it’s a good excuse to have a night out with friends or to go on a date night with your partner.  

It’s a relatable, honest, self-deprecating comedy event for anyone who has ever been in a relationship or looked after a child. Make sure you do your pelvic floors or you'll wet yourself laughing.
