Motherhood can feel wild, messy and heartburstingly beautiful in equal measure.

Let’s connect with ourselves and others in this gentle & fun workshop, to acknowledge all that we do and all that we are.

We will gather in circle, share, play, move our bodies & sink into stillness.

Our intention for this workshop is for you to connect, reflect, rest, receive & re-energise.

We invite you to show up exactly as you are, ALL of you is welcome. This space is for anyone who identifies as a mother or with the word mother.

Meet your facilitators:

Lila spent over 15 years working with children before her own motherhood journey took her down a path of self-discovery, inner-work and deep personal growth. Lila now supports mothers and women to feel more connected to themselves and others. She gently invites you to lean into your stories, unpack your childhood experiences and share your challenges openly. Lila is a deep listener, compassionate space-holder and has a spacious & fun energy.

Sarah is very passionate about creating experiences for others that give the opportunity to get present & connect with self. Movement, stillness, and rest, is what her passion is based on. Movement that feels nourishing, stillness that brings us home to presence, and rest that rejuvenates the whole body. Sarah is a mother of 2 energetic & loving boys, she is a facilitator of the Groove Method (simple, fun, & freeing, dance), yoga teacher, and creator of nourishing and joyful events.

Investment - $150 (includes all equipment, nourishing warm soup lunch, snacks & herbal teas)
