I’m Larissa, the heart behind Originally Breath. I’m a 9D Breathwork facilitator, trauma-informed coach, and energy medicine certified with a background in nursing and holistic mental health. I help people uncover the root causes of emotional and mental disharmony, guiding them back to their authentic selves through a fusion of 9D breathwork, coaching, and energy work.

My mission is to help people win at life by understanding themselves on a deeper level—beyond the surface, beyond the struggle—because I know what it’s like to fight for your peace.

As a solo parent of four, I’ve walked through domestic violence, deep disconnection, financial hardship, and the weight of feeling completely unsupported. These experiences shaped me, but they never broke me. Instead, they became the foundation for the work I now do—supporting others to find their way home to themselves, even in the midst of chaos.

Currently studying Embodied Processing, I’m constantly evolving both personally and professionally. My approach is trauma-informed and spiritually grounded, rooted in real-life tools that I use in my own life every single day.

Based in the Hunter region and working online, I offer a space that’s safe, empowering, and deeply human. The beach is my sanctuary—where I reconnect with myself, just as I support others to do. This is not just work for me. It’s a way of life. I don’t just teach healing—I live it.
