Pregnancy Day Retreat: Nourish, Move, Educate, Connect

Are you feeling nervous about what life may be like when your baby arrives?

Perhaps you have already moved through a postpartum and desire more support and ease this time round?

Maybe you would like to explore ways to build or expand upon on your postpartum plan?

The focus of this Day Retreat is to help prepare for your postpartum and mothering journey in a holistic way by offering practices to connect inward and nourish your nervous system, to contemplate postpartum practices, and to build upon your own plan for your fourth trimester.

You will leave with:

Deeper awareness of the physiological requirements of your postpartum healing.
A greater understanding of how and what to eat in the immediate postpartum period, and taste some delicious foods!
Understand the nervous system and ways to nurture yourself as you nurture your newborn.
Practical tools and resources to nourish yourself in the fourth trimester and beyond.

The retreat is educational and informative, whilst weaving in gentle yogic practices, space for reflection & integration and opportunity to build friendships.

Defining your values & exploring relationships
Matrescence & Ritual
