Dr. Val Rytova is a behavioural neuroscientist, dedicated to supporting people's well-being. With a PhD focused specifically on brain mechanisms underlying anxiety-related and social behaviour, her expertise is a great asset to exploring the benefits of well-being practices, as well as day-to-day life. She currently teaches at Victoria University, is a mother and entrepreneur. If you're curious about the power of your brain and the impact of your daily habits on your brain, you will find her work very inspiring and impactful.

In this unique workshop, you will learn about the power of your brain and gain access to altering your nervous system through yoga & meditation practices. You will come away with the tools you need to enhance your well-being and peace of mind.
