The NeuroSomatics of Connection — A Community Conversation

Please join us for a 2-hour facilitated gathering to explore connection as a vital survival strategy and a practice for collective survival & liberation.

Together, we’ll dive into the neuro-mechanics of connection, weaving somatic (i.e. body-based) wisdom and movement into an embodied exploration into what it feels like to bravely connect amidst highly activating times.

This session will include:

A deep dive into the neuroscience/somatics of connection.
Supported movement practice to experience connection through the body.
Community conversation to reflect, share, and practice together.

Come ready to feel, listen, and be in embodied dialogue with fellow community members. This a co-created space where body-based practice and collective r/evolution meet.
