Event description

The NeuroSomatics of Connection — A Community Conversation

Please join us for a 2-hour facilitated gathering to explore connection as a vital survival strategy and a practice for collective survival & liberation.

Together, we’ll dive into the neuro-mechanics of connection, weaving somatic (i.e. body-based) wisdom and movement into an embodied exploration into what it feels like to bravely connect amidst highly activating times.

This session will include:

  • A deep dive into the neuroscience/somatics of connection.

  • Supported movement practice to experience connection through the body.

  • Community conversation to reflect, share, and practice together.

Come ready to feel, listen, and be in embodied dialogue with fellow community members. This a co-created space where body-based practice and collective r/evolution meet.
