In this opening masterclass, we will explore the hidden leadership patterns that can limit growth, confidence, visibility, and decision-making. You will gain insight into where you may be unintentionally holding yourself back and what it takes to step into a more intentional and impactful way of leading.

Leadership is not tested when things are calm. It is revealed under pressure. In this session, we will explore how pressure shapes confidence, communication, decision-making, and emotional responses. You will gain greater self-awareness around your own pressure patterns and learn practical ways to respond with more clarity, confidence, and emotional mastery when it matters most.

The conversations we avoid often shape our leadership more than the ones we have. This practical masterclass focuses on one of the most important leadership skills: navigating difficult conversations and giving feedback with confidence. You will be introduced to Carole’s Active Leader Feedback Formula, a clear framework designed to help you communicate with more courage, clarity, and ease.
