The New Search: AI, SEO & Storytelling for Tourism Operators

Wednesday 26 August 2026 | 3:00pm – 5:00pm
Location: Selah Valley Estate

Travellers no longer automatically start with Google. They ask AI and it answers with whoever tells the best, clearest, most human story online.

Join us for an afternoon with three industry experts who'll show you exactly how to be that answer. From website copy that AI actually wants to crawl, to social content that converts, to practical AI tools you can use in your business straight away - this is a panel built for tourism operators who'd rather work smarter than chase every new trend.

What you'll take away:

How AI and search engines are choosing which businesses to recommend and what to do about it
Website copy and keyword tips that improve discoverability without sounding robotic
Why your unique story and FAQ page are now your biggest SEO assets
How to use AI to save time in daily operations, and where it falls short
Social media strategies that turn followers into bookings
Building real-world relationships with journalists and tourism bodies that AI can't replicate
