The days grow longer now as we journey towards spring. You may feel the energy has begun to ascend, there is a shift toward growth. Creative energy begins to bubble more in our system.

At the time of the Winter Solstice, we experienced a death and sat in the void of dark and rebirth out the other side. There was an opportunity for us to let go of the cycle before. The expansion of energy beyond this takes us toward spring where we really begin to revel in the fresh energy of the new cycle.

This space will be an opportunity for us to connect with the seasonal shift from Winter into Spring and set intentions for the cycle ahead. These intentions birthed from the reflective and inward space we have been in over winter.

Planting and nourishing our own seeds of intention as we transition into spring. Harnessing the upward moving energy that supports growth and expansion to align with all we desire to create in this next cycle.

We will journey with the plant medicine cacao, supporting our hearts to be open and connected to the grounding element of earth.
