These 5 week online sessions are for Mothers in their early Postpartum Newborn to approximately 6-8 weeks, who are wanting to be held in a supportive space that explores the deeper aspects of the transition into "Mother".

It is a space that will invite deeper awareness around the full range of experiences relative to this time, assist with trusting the process unfolding, leaning into what is arising for us as information that is potentially guiding us towards a deeper relationship with ourselves, extending into the space we hold within, for our babies and others.

We will explore ways we can familiarise with specific Postpartum practices that tend to our overall wellbeing, recovery and longevity.

We will be touching on ways we can work "with" rather than "do to" our babies, to aid their developmental potential, why this is so important, and how we can be encouraged to facilitate this.

The period from 0-3 is one in which the child's personality and their relationship with the world are formed, they are considered the "Formative Years" and the symbiotic period, from birth to 6-8 weeks, forms a foundational imprinting into this time.

As a society, there is a tendency to bypass the potent development within the first 3 years of life, commencing from birth, and therefore we can miss the enormous potential happening within this time for our babies and our early Mothering life.

The early years lay the foundations for our future with our children and our children's future life and parenting.

These sessions are informed and guided by my personal growth and experience as a Mother for 27 years, my specific trainings in Postpartum Traditions, Newborn Needs and Montessori 0-3.

These sessions will unfold and evolve uniquely as every group brings a different quality.
