Are you a New Mother and have baby between 0-4 months and want to experience a Nurturing space with other New Mothers?

The Nurtured Mamma is a space where you can feel more aligned and connected during this delicate time of transition with other Mothers and their babies.

It will be facilitated weekly over 4 weeks for 2 hours from 10am - 12pm every week.

Holding the space as a New Mother also requires for the New Mother to be held within a safe space that provides deeper understanding of the huge, life altering event that has just taken place.

The intention of "The Nurtured Mamma" gatherings is to move our awareness towards ways we can build healthy relationships with ourselves, our babies, our new life as Mother and the Postpartum time.

Many New Mothers are experiencing, isolation, deep exhaustion, conflict and overwhelm because of the absence of community, care, healing and understanding during this time of transition. This in turn is affecting their overall Maternal health and wellbeing as well as that of their family's.

Over these 4 weeks, the Nurtured Mamma” space we will-

Bring a sense of orientation to this new life - for Mother and Newborn
Offer ways to implement simple selfcare practices
Bring attention to how we can consciously hold the space with the newborn.
Create a simple and respectful prepared environment for baby.
Explore topics that are usually hard to access in community.
Begin to build a stronger Mother Community
Bring permission to explore this time via conversations that are often awkward, absent or sensitive in content.
Discuss how we can work with our babies innate intelligence.
