Thank you for purchasing tickets to North Star Ballet's production of The Nutcracker! We're so excited to have you join us for this holiday classic.

Here are a few important things to know before you go:

Arrival & Seating:
- Lobby doors will open one hour before the performance begins.
- Theater doors will open 30 minutes before the performance.
- Please allow enough time to find parking and get to your seats. If you have reserved seats and arrive after the show has started, we will not be able to seat you in the reserved section until intermission to avoid disrupting the performance.
Tickets: Online tickets do not need to be printed out. You can simply show your tickets on your phone to the usher at the door. Please note that all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Attire: This is Fairbanks, Alaska, so whether you arrive in Carhartts and a flannel shirt, or an evening gown and pearls, you will fit right in.
Food & Drink Policy: To respect the performance space, eating and drinking is not allowed in the theater. Make sure all items are secured and stowed away before entering.
