The O2 Awakening LEVEL 1 & 2 workshops are coming back to Perth, Western Australia.

Experience a full weekend of healing and transformation through the power of The O2 Awakening Breathwork guided by Lukis Mac & Hellè Weston.

The Level 1 workshop includes an introduction to The O2 Awakening Breathwork, practical takeaway techniques, a 90 minute guided group journey and guidance to bring Breathwork, energy work, greater self-awareness, emotional intelligence and intuitive guidance into your daily life.

In Level 2, the work goes deeper. We'll share nuanced techniques to take your experience with Breathwork deeper, then guide you through another 90 minute journey of transformation & healing.

(Note: The pre-requisite to attend level 2 is you must have done a workshop with The O2 Awakening before eg. level 1 on the 15th or a previous event).

WHO ARE THESE WORKSHOPS FOR?
These workshops are an inclusive space for humans from all walks of life who have a deep desire to live a next-level life and are seeking emotional healing, trauma release and greater connection to intuitive guidance and truth. We welcome all races, religions, cultural backgrounds, sexual orientations and the venue is also accessible for individuals needing wheelchair access.

Note: This is NOT a Breathwork practitioner training. This is a personal growth experience for individuals to evolve through deeper inner work with breathing techniques.

*IMPORTANT HEALTH & SAFETY NOTE:

We ask all attendees to please wear socks in the studio + bring your own yoga mat, blanket, pen, paper and water bottle (these will NOT be supplied so bringing your own is essential!).

The venue and our team will be complying with current government health & safety advice and ensuring appropriate social distancing and hygiene standards are adhered to during the workshop.

This means numbers are limited and tickets are likely to sell out fast for this workshop! If you are eager to join us, we encourage you to purchase your tickets as soon as you can as there will be no door sales.

If you have been tested positive for COVID-19 please DO NOT purchase a ticket for this event.

If you purchase a ticket and experience cough, cold or flu symptoms in the 14 days leading up to the workshop or have been in recent contact with someone unwell, or if you are experiencing high levels of fear about being in a large group gathering, please stay home.

All ticket purchases are non-refundable however we welcome you to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member if your plans change (must notify us within atleast 12hrs before event to process name transfer)

For all ticket transfers, please email events@theo2awakening.com to let us know PRIOR to the event and we can transfer your ticket credit for you.

Transfers will not be possible if requests are sent after the workshop date.
