The Oasis is a free, self-guided midday experience at Mary MacKillop Place in North Sydney.

Designed for those needing a moment of stillness during the workday, it offers quiet space, gentle resources, and time to disconnect—so you can return feeling more grounded, clear, and refreshed.

There’s no structure to follow and nothing you need to achieve. Just time and space to pause.

11:30am – 1:00pm

You’re welcome to arrive at any time during this window.

What to Expect

On arrival, you’ll be welcomed with:

A warm herbal tea
A selection of simple, self-guided resources including:
- Reflection and meditation prompts
- Journaling and creative materials

You’re also welcome to bring your own book, journal, or lunch.

From there, you can settle into one of the quiet spaces across the grounds and spend your time in whatever way feels right.

No pressure. No expectations.
