2027 Residency Information Evening and Q&A

The Naarm Architecture Foundation invites prospective applicants to an information evening and Q&A session for the 2027 OoSP residency cohort.

Held in the culturally significant former offices of Edmond and Corrigan and the new home of the Office of Speculative Practice, this session will offer an opportunity to walk through the space currently being renovated ahead of the OoSP's opening, along with the chance to ask further questions about the residency program.

About the OoSP

The OoSP offers co-working residencies to a cohort of up to ten practitioners at a formative stage of their development. Available per work point via a membership contribution of $150 per month, the residency provides affordable access to an office and meeting spaces within a culturally significant building, association with the Foundation and its network, mentorship initiatives, invitations to Naarm Architecture Foundation events and exhibitions, and the opportunity to form a community of creative peers in Naarm.

Residencies run for 18 months, offering practitioners sufficient time to establish or consolidate their practice. During their residency, OoSP members are invited to contribute to cultural activities held within the space and are encouraged to also apply for Naarm Architecture Foundation Grants to help accelerate their practice.

Attendees will have the opportunity to:

• View the space (currently under renovation by architecture practice Simulaa) ahead of its February 2027 opening

• Hear more about the residency structure, benefits and expectations

• Ask questions ahead of applications closing in early October 2026

Applications will be evaluated by a Panel comprised of Foundation Directors and Advisors.
