All It Takes is One Day to Escape, Unwind, and Reconnect…

Take a break from the daily grind and treat yourself to a transformative one-day retreat, where the focus is on relaxation, connection, and rejuvenation. Instead of another 9-to-5, imagine immersing yourself in nature, surrounded by like-minded women, all while giving your body, mind, and soul the reset they deserve.

Your day begins with a grounding meditation and gentle yoga session, set in the peaceful Gwongorella Picnic Area. After a calming stretch, enjoy local pastries, fresh fruit, and juice while connecting with a vibrant group of women who share your love for nature and meaningful connections.

Next, get ready to explore the stunning beauty of Springbrook National Park. Led by a qualified wilderness guide, you’ll hike the Purling Brook Falls track and visit the serene Warringa Pool. Surrounded by the sights and sounds of the rainforest, you’ll discover local flora and fauna, with a packed lunch to enjoy by the waterfalls.

In the afternoon, unwind and recharge with a variety of creative activities designed to inspire and relax. Whether it’s learning to weave, clay sculpting, jewelry making, or painting, you’ll have the chance to tap into your creativity, reflect, and bond with new friends. If you prefer some solo downtime, the tranquil surroundings are the perfect place to relax at your own pace.

As the day winds down, gather for a delicious picnic afternoon tea featuring a locally sourced charcuterie board. End the day with reflective journaling and a calming breathwork session, leaving you feeling deeply connected to yourself and the beautiful community around you.

This retreat is not just about the activities—it’s about forging lasting connections with other incredible women. By the end of the day, you’ll leave feeling inspired, rejuvenated, and empowered, with new friendships and memories to cherish.
