Event description

Join us Saturday, 4th October for a vibrant evening of food, culture, and connection! Enjoy a delicious Island-style dinner with traditional kava, a special cooking class hosted by our exchange participants, and an authentic Brazilian BBQ by Rodriguez from The Paddock. Plus, don’t miss the guided farm tour of The Paddock — see where your food comes from and meet the people who grow it. A night of flavour, stories, and community. Limited places, be sure to purchase a ticket.

The Regenerative Pacific Learning Exchange is a growing collaboration between Regenerative Vanua and the Regenerative Stewardship Collective.

Rooted in relationships across the Pacific, the exchange program brings together people working in areas such as regenerative agritourism, local food systems, and Vanua-based enterprises. Through shared learning and cultural exchange, participants support one another in creating Regenerative Management Plans that strengthen their local economies while staying grounded in the values of care, reciprocity, and connection to place.

The exchange program offers a way for stewards to reflect on their journey using the Regenerative Verification Program – a simple set of indicators that help track growth and deepen understanding over time.

Rather than relying on the often unstable and extractive models of industrial agriculture and mainstream tourism, this work nurtures alternatives that honour Indigenous knowledge, protect Vanua well-being, and support diverse, locally-rooted ways of living and thriving.
