The Partici-party (by Jungle Love Festival - April 2024)

Get ready for the evolution of the Jungle Love Camp Out. Introducing… The Partici-party! The party built on gifting.

Times are tough, but the need for good vibes never dies. So, we ditched the hefty price tag and created a festival where you and everyone else bring the fun!

Here's how it works:

• Tickets: Under a third of the price of nearly every other festival! Everyone buys a ticket, everyone chips in, and the result is magic. But act fast, spots are limited! With under 1000 tickets available, this will be an intimate gathering.
  
  
• Your gift: It could be anything! Give out whimsical notes, whip up some cocktails, paint faces, collect firewood, give suncream, fan some people, do a shift, share some talents, help us build it, lend some equipment, clean the place, make a chai brew – the only limit is your imagination.
  Basically, think Burning Man, but with less rules, and a Queensland tinge.
  
  
• The vibe: Out of this world! Give a little, get a lot. We saw it at the Camp Out: the more you give, the more you get out of it.
  
  
• Weekend Warriors Rejoice! The Partici-party kicks off Friday afternoon, and wraps up Sunday morning. No need to burn precious holiday leave. Party on, soak up the gorgeous vibes, and be back in your comfy bed before Monday rolls around.

What's on us?

• Security, Medics, Toilets, Showers, Drinking Water, Event Management, Lighting, Infrastructure - the essentials covered.

What's on you?

• BYO Everything (except glass): Food, drinks, tent, your most generous spirit.
• Leave No Trace: We don't provide bins. You take everything you brought with you back home with you.

Theme Camps: The party hubs.

What’s a theme camp? It’s a campsite built by a collective of participants who want to contribute a unique themed experience for everyone to enjoy. Some theme camps have stages, some have chill spaces, and others are random and don’t fit into pre-existing categories.

We have already confirmed the following theme camps will be joining us.

• Jambala (A jam stage in the centre of a large tent with quadraphonic sound. It also features live music performances and workshops)
• Love Camp (Renowned party starters playing electronic music, and somewhere to get mega comfy)
• The Wonky Queenslander (electronic music and plenty of silly games – this gang will be collaborating with Love Camp for this event)
• Kinbaku Dreams (Japanese rope bondage camp giving performances and workshops in the art)
• Jungle Juice (A mix of live music and electronic music)
• Freestyle Fridays (Freestyle hip hop camp who play a range of games for you to be part of)

It’s a big undertaking to run a theme camp, and it’s not for everyone, but if you and your crew have a theme camp idea you want to pitch, let us know! 
Please note, theme camps running sound systems MUST be approved by management first.
