What The Day Looks Like

Allura Halliwell, consciousness mentor and founder of The Consciousness Method™, sits down with Girl Awakening podcast hosts Amanda and Jo for an open, unscripted conversation covering the questions their community keeps asking. Topics include:

The difference between healing and looping, and how to tell which one you're actually doing
What a genuine awakening can look like, including the parts nobody warns you about
Kundalini: what it is, what it isn't, and what to do if it's happening to you
Core wounding, including the unloved, unworthy, and unknown wounds, and how to recognize which one is running your life
Why the nervous system, not the mind, is really driving your patterns
How relationships, especially with children and parents, mirror what's unresolved within
Reality, projection, and what it actually means to create your own experience

This is an interactive event. When you buy your ticket, you'll be asked to submit the question you most want answered about your own healing, your own looping, or your own awakening. Your questions will help shape the live conversation and there will also be space to ask questions live on the day.

Allura will then guide everyone through a Quantum meditation will take you into direct contact with the parts of yourself that have been holding that pattern in place. This is designed to give you direct access to an expanded field of consciousness and to move the unconscious, unprocessed parts that are needing to be seen, felt and accepted by you.

12:30pm to 1:15pm: Lunch Break

1:30pm to 3:30pm: The Workshop

After the conversation, Allura leads a live workshop that takes the ideas from theory into direct, felt experience. Using her Consciousness Method™, you'll begin to map your own core pattern. Not the story you tell about it, but its actual structure: how it starts, how it runs, and what it's protecting underneath.

You'll leave with a clearer picture of your own core wound, a felt sense of what it means to begin working with it rather than around it, and practical tools to keep going on your own.

She helps people move past surface-level healing into direct contact with the core wounds shaping their reality.

Amanda and Jo are the hosts of the Girl Awakening Podcast, a space for honest conversations about what it means to be human and what happens when you start questioning everything you thought you knew.
