Who is Allura?

FAQS

How is this different from other healing workshops?
This workshop is working with your consciousness, which is the aspect of you that becomes aware through inquiry, new information and reviewing your life patterns. This means you will most likely have insights that will provide you with a new way of viewing and feeling your life experience. You will be actively engaging in the material and learning the skill for yourself. You will be able to continue this work at home after the experience also.

What will I take home after?
You will take home a meditation recording and a workbook to continue the inner exploration. If you choose to continue, you will also have the opportunity to join others doing this work.

Should I attend if I am emotionally stressed?
This workshop should not replace the specific support you need. There will not be one-on-one emotional support. However, all emotional expressions are very welcome in the space. It is a safe, supportive space to have realizations and to feel any unfelt emotions.

Can I come with others I know? Or is it better to do solo?
Either. To come with friends and family is a gift because you can continue the exploration and understanding together after the workshop. Coming solo is also amazing for your own personal development.

What do I need to bring/wear?
Comfy clothes, a pen and if you prefer to bring your own mat, pillow or bolster for comfort while sitting on the floor, please do.
