The Pause Effect

Come and spend 4 hours with us. From the comfort of your own home. This is about taking time for you.

A half day to remember and re-appreciate, the power of pressing pause.

To understand the impact that constant pace has on your life…

and to gain a fresh perspective on flow, when to move forward, and when to say no.

The Pause Effect is a transformative half-day experience designed to support you through these fast-changing and often challenging times.

Yes, 2026 is known as the Year of the Fire Horse, a symbol of movement and momentum.

But that does not mean everything has to be driven by speed.

There is a quiet, often forgotten power in the pause.

In the moments between decisions.

In the space before action.

This is your opportunity to reconnect with what truly matters to you.

To understand the importance of pausing so that your next steps are aligned, not reactive.

Right now, many of us are in a suspended state…

not stuck, but being prepared for what is coming.

The pause allows you to breathe.

To elevate your awareness.

To consciously choose your next chapter, rather than be swept into it.

Pause now… so you can move forward with purpose.

Here’s what you’ll experience: During this 4 hour event, you’ll receive a rich blend of:

Breathwork & guided meditations with Wendy V and how to be PRESENT in the Pause.
