Life is full, and summer is often the fullest season of all. Christmas, holidays, deadlines, everyone wanting a piece of us.

The Pause is a seasonal day retreat held every three months, each one shaped by the season we're in. This first one is Summer: the fire season. We'll balance it with cooling, nourishing, restorative practice, so you can rest deeply and meet the year ahead replenished, not depleted.

Join Sandra Jungen and Paola Hinojosa for a slow, supported day beside the lake. We open with a tea ceremony, move through a gentle yoga flow that finishes with deep Yoga Nidra, share lunch together, then settle into Yin yoga with Reiki that flows into a Sound Bath. We close with a circle to share and set an intention for what's ahead, if you'd like to.

You'll leave rested, grounded and with practical tools you can use on the busiest of days.
