The Penny Palooza Recovery Session begins with a cold-water swim at Penneshaw Beach, a truly spectacular nature-driven experience, led by KI local and Wim Hof Method instructor, Amy Pysden.

Cold-water swims have been practiced for centuries and this unique connection to the natural world is believed to bring many health benefits.  

After the morning ocean swim with Amy Pysden, we invite you to head back to The Kiosk in Penneshaw, a white washed laidback, coastal friendly café for your recovery breakfast. There will be plenty of delicious breakfast items available for purchase, and you'll be sure to want to experience The Kiosk’s fresh roasted coffee blends!
