The Period Place is hosting two FREE workshops to address the need for access to reusable period products in the Maungakiekie-Tāmaki and Albert-Eden local board areas.

This event is for the Albert-Eden workshop in Sandringham.

Come along to learn about periods and how to manage them using sustainable, reusable products in a fun and engaging workshop lead by Natural Fertility NZ. You’ll then be able to chat one-to-one with us about your period needs and the best bit... choose a reusable product for yourself and take it home to be yours forever!

Yes! You totally get to come hang out, learn, laugh and leave with your period sorted! HOW BLOODY GOOD!

Thanks to the Albert-Eden local board funding (partly funded), Wā Collective, My Cup, Moraka Menstrual Cup, Modibodi, Aku Pads and Natural Fertility NZ for providing free or subsidised products and services in support of The Period Place kaupapa and this awesome event!

There are limited tickets available for this event and we want to help people who are in the most need to receive the free reusable period products and learn about periods. Please select the right ticket for your situation.

People have periods, and we provide welcoming spaces for people of all gender identities, you are welcome at our event.

This event is at an accessible venue and will include a visual presentation and a single presenter. Those with carers or needing extra support are welcome to attend, we will happily work with you to try and provide the access you may need.
