Sunrise Breathwork, Reiki, and Pilates Flow

Hey fam! Join us for a rejuvenating morning of connection and wellness as we gather at dawn for a unique blend of breathwork, journaling, and mat Pilates.

Schedule:

- 5:15 AM: Arrival.

- 5:30 AM: Start with a simple guided breathwork flow led by Tara, a skilled breathwork facilitator, and Alycia, a certified Reiki master. Together, these two experienced practitioners work with energy healing to enhance your healing experience, awakening both your body and mind.

- Journaling: Take time to reflect and write. Journaling helps clear blockages and allows you to script out the life you want to live, giving you clarity and intention.

- Mat Pilates: Engage in a revitalising Pilates session led by the talented Melissa Russel-Robson from The Pilates Social Club, who will guide us through a flow that strengthens and stretches our bodies.

- After our session, feel free to take a refreshing dip in the ocean. The fresh ocean water can help you cleanse and reset after a morning of healing, helping to wash away any lingering energies and rejuvenate your spirit.

After our session, unwind and connect while we grab a coffee at Malabar Beach Cafe
