Event description

How to use startup pitching as a validation tool.

This workshop is about startup pitching: what it is, how it’s done, how you can make it your own. But here's a secret: you can also use that well-honed pitch as a validation tool well before spending serious time and money on your idea.

Whether you are already skilled in public speaking, or quake in your boots at the thought of standing up in front of an audience, if you're a new or aspiring founder, this will be one hour of your time very well spent!

By the end of this workshop you'll be able to:

  • select a pitch structure that works for you
  • adapt it to better suit your purposes
  • quickly research topics you're not yet clear on
  • construct a comprehensive idea-stage pitch
  • present it to friends/family and trusted people for very early and valuable feedback
