This event marks the official launch of the Port Adelaide Enfield Ripple, a continuation of the Ripples Across SA project in South Australia. It is a powerful symbol in creating change to bring about a peaceful and unified community.
The Port Adelaide Enfield Ripple is a public commemoration of domestic and family violence (DFV). The artwork is designed and created by CHEB. This space publicly acknowledges the impact and long-term ongoing trauma of DFV in our community and pays tribute to the many lives lost. The community event focuses on bringing together the community, particularly families and will include a range of speakers, on-the-day activations, and the formal unveiling of our contemporary art sculpture.
