The Planets Concert and Stargazing has been POSTPONED due to the forecast weather conditions for Saturday. Ticketholders will be refunded and further information regarding a new date will be sent as soon as possible.

Listen to the amazing Sydney Youth Orchestra's Symphonic Wind Orchestra performing Gustav Holst's The Planets and more starry music before you embark on a evening of star- and planet-gazing.

Dr Luke Barnes from Western Sydney University will provide you with an introduction in the stargazing.

The Sydney City Skywatchers will provide guidance with their amazing telescopes, all whilst our campfires keep you warm on a winter's night.

Join us for a beautiful night of music, science and incredible nature! Picnics are welcome.

Children need to be supervised and dogs need to be on a lead.

BYO picnic blankets or seats.

Concert: 3:30-5.00 pm (with intermission)

Stargazing: 5.30-8pm

Things to know before you attend

Please come prepared, as this program takes place outdoors and will go ahead in all-weather, unless it is unsafe to do so (for example, during high winds or thunderstorms). Children must wear enclosed shoes.

We reserve the right to cancel the event in case of dangerous weather or if minimum participation numbers are not met. In these circumstances a refund will be offered. Please refer to our full terms and conditions for more information.

Dressing for the weather with sun protection (hat, sunscreen, cool clothing), wet weather gear (raincoat, shoes and change of clothes), and warm layers
