Guests are invited to make their own travel arrangements to and from Capella Sydney, with check-in available from 3:30pm on Friday 24th of July and check out at10:00am Sunday the 26th of July.

When should I arrive? We recommend arriving as close to check in time as possible, so you do not miss any of the welcome programme.

Can I bring a guest who is not on the ticket? No. This experience is strictly for ticket holders only. All guests must hold a valid ticket.

What is the minimum age? All guests and ticket holders must be 21 years of age or older.

I have a dietary requirement — how do I let you know? Please submit all dietary requirements at the time of booking via the form provided. If you need to update your requirements after booking, please contact the La Prairie team at Sinne.Li@laprairie.com as soon as possible.

Are the Pilates sessions mandatory? No — the Pilates sessions are entirely optional. However, spaces are limited to 20 guests per session and must be pre-selected at the time of booking.

Are the Beauty Masterclass sessions mandatory? No — attendance at the Art of Rejuvenation Masterclass is entirely optional, with two intimate session times available to choose from: 11:00am – 12:30pm or 2:00pm – 3:30pm. As places are strictly limited, early selection is recommended.

Hosted by La Prairie Education Manager Freya Watson alongside renowned makeup artist Mikele Simone, this immersive experience invites guests to discover the artistry of skin preparation, complexion refinement and the science behind La Prairie’s Platinum Rare collection through an elevated hands-on ritual. Guests attending the masterclass will also receive an exclusive La Prairie gift, reserved especially for this experience.

Can I request a refund or cancel my reservation?

As this is an intimate and highly curated experience with limited availability, all reservations are considered final and non-refundable. By purchasing a ticket to attend the Platinum Retreat (“Platinum Retreat” or “Retreat”), the guest (“Guest”, “you”, “your”) agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Event Organiser

The Platinum Retreat is presented and operated by La Prairie Group Australia Pty Ltd (ABN) (“La Prairie”, “we”, “our” or “us”).

2. Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions:

• “Booking Platform” means Humanitix or such other authorised ticketing platform as nominated by La Prairie.

• “Hotel” means Capella Sydney and its related operators, contractors and service providers.

• “Inclusions” means the services, experiences and items expressly specified in the Platinum Retreat package description at the time of purchase

• the "nominated La Prairie representative" means La Prairie Customer Service team, who can be reached at Customer.Service@laprairie.com.au

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

3. Eligibility

(i)     The Platinum Retreat is strictly limited to guests aged 21 years and over.

(ii)    Attendance is reserved exclusively for confirmed ticket holders. Partners, children, companions and additional guests are not permitted to attend any part of the Retreat unless they hold their own valid ticket.

(iii)   Guests may be required to present valid identification upon check-in or during the event.

4. Ticket Purchase & Payment

(i)     All tickets must be purchased exclusively through the official Humanitix booking page designated by La Prairie.

(ii)    Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure attendance.

(iii)   A booking confirmation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

(iv)   La Prairie is not responsible for technical errors of third-party booking platforms.

(v)    All ticket sales are final. To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to the Australian Consumer Law, tickets are non-refundable and non-cancellable, including for change of mind, illness, travel disruption or inability to attend.

5. Ticket Transfers

(i)     Ticket transfers may be considered at La Prairie’s sole discretion upon written request to the nominated La Prairie representative.

(ii)    Approved transfers must be completed no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the commencement of the Platinum Retreat.

(iii)   La Prairie reserves the right to refuse any transfer request.

6. Twin Share Bookings

(i)     Twin share reservations must be purchased for two (2) guests simultaneously.

(ii)    Guests are required to provide the name and contact details of the secondary guest ("roommate") at the time of booking.

(iii)   Requests for secondary guest changes following confirmation must be requested in writing by contacting the nominated La Prairie representative, and are subject to confirmation.

(iv)   La Prairie reserves the right to amend room allocations where operationally necessary.

7. The Platinum Retreat Inclusions & Exclusions

(i) The Platinum Retreat includes only those inclusions expressly stated in the official event description, specified at the time of booking, which may include accommodation, select dining experiences, programmed events, wellness sessions, masterclasses, curated gifting and other hosted experiences.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Platinum Retreat does not include:

• Airfares or other transportation.

• Airport transfers.

• Parking, Valet, parking or personal transport costs.

• Mini bar charges.

• Room service or in-room dining outside programmed inclusions.

• Spa treatments or additional hotel services.

• Hotel incidentals.

• Additional food or beverage purchases outside programmed inclusions

• Personal shopping or retail purchases.

• Insurance of any kind; or

• Any other incidental or personal expenses

(ii)    Guests are solely responsible for all incidental charges and personal expenses incurred during the Platinum Retreat.

(iii)   Guests are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel, health and personal insurance.

8. Hotel Accommodation & Guest Responsibility

(i)     Accommodation forms part of the Platinum Retreat experience and remains subject to the booking terms, conditions, operational and privacy policies of the hosting hotel, as amended from time to time.

(ii)    Guests acknowledge and agree that their attendance at the Platinum Retreat, including use of accommodation, dining facilities and all hotel services, is also subject to the Capella Sydney Booking Terms and Conditions and Capella Sydney Privacy Policy.

(iii)   La Prairie does not own, control or operate the Hotel and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, policies or services of the Hotel or its personnel.

(iv)   Only registered ticket holders may access and reside in guest accommodation rooms associated with the Platinum Retreat. Unauthorised visitors or additional occupants are not strictly not permitted.

(v)    Guests are responsible for the condition of their room and any hotel property used during their stay.

(vi)   Any damage, breakage, loss, excessive cleaning costs, smoking penalties, additional occupancy charges, minibar charges or incidental expenses incurred by a guest during the Platinum Retreat will be the sole responsibility of that guest and may be charged directly to the guest by the hotel and/or recovered by La Prairie.

(vii) Guests agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless, La Prairie from any liability, direct or indirect loss, damage or expense arising from their use of hotel facilities, breach of hotel policies or damage caused by the Guest.

9. Programme & Event Changes

(i)     The Platinum Retreat programme, itinerary, speakers, venues, schedules, activities, menus, gifting, wellness experiences and inclusions are subject to change without notice.

(ii)    La Prairie reserves the right to substitute, amend, postpone or cancel any aspect of the Platinum Retreat where reasonably necessary due to operational requirements, supplier availability, safety concerns or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

(iii)   Where significant changes occur, reasonable efforts will be made to notify guests in advance.

(iv)   No refunds, exchanges or compensation will be provided for programme amendments, speaker substitutions or changes to inclusions, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law.

(v)    No refunds, credits or partial reimbursements will be provided for late arrivals, missed experiences or unused inclusions.

(vi)   La Prairie reserves the right to cancel the Platinum Retreat if minimum attendance requirements are not met or where continuation of the event becomes commercially or operationally impractical.

(vii) In the event of cancellation, refunds (if any) will be determined in accordance with applicable law and communicated to Guests.

10. Wellness Activities & Pilates Sessions

(i)     Participation in wellness activities, including Pilates and movement sessions, is voluntary and undertaken at the Guest’s sole risk.

(ii)    Pilates sessions are subject to availability and must be selected at the time of booking. Maximum capacity limits apply to each session.

(iii)   Guests acknowledge that they are responsible for ensuring they are medically and physically fit to participate in any wellness activity.

(iv)   To the maximum extent permitted by law, La Prairie, Fluidform, instructors and associated providers exclude all liability for injury, illness, loss or damage arising from participation.

11. Health and Medical Disclosure

(i)     Guests are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, mobility requirements, injuries, allergies or other health considerations, at the time of booking, that may reasonably affect their participation in the Retreat.

(ii)    La Prairie may, at its discretion, restrict participation in certain activities for health or safety reasons.

12. Dietary Requirements & Allergies

(i)     Guests must provide all dietary requirements and allergy information at the time of booking.

(ii)    La Prairie, the hotel and catering providers will make reasonable efforts to accommodate notified dietary requirements; however, we cannot guarantee that all requests or allergen-free environments can be accommodated.

(iii)   Guests with severe allergies or medical dietary conditions attend at their own risk and are responsible for managing their own medical requirements.

13. Alcohol Service

(i)     Alcohol may be served during the Platinum Retreat.

(ii)    Guests acknowledge that alcohol consumption is voluntary and must be undertaken responsibly.

(iii)   La Prairie and venue partners reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol or remove any guest at their discretion, where intoxication, unsafe behaviour or non-compliance with venue policies is reasonably suspected.

14. Gifting & Partner Inclusions

(i)     Any gifting, partner inclusions or luxury offerings provided during the Platinum Retreat are subject to availability and may vary.

(ii)    La Prairie makes no guarantee regarding the nature, brand, quantity or value of partner-provided gifts or inclusions.

(iii)   Certain elements of the Platinum Retreat are provided by third-party suppliers, venues and partners. While La Prairie carefully selects its partners, it is not responsible for the acts, omissions or services of third-party providers.

(iv)   All gifting is provided on a goodwill basis and may not be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash.

15. Intellectual Property

(i)     All Retreat materials, content, presentations, masterclasses, imagery and branding remain the intellectual property of La Prairie or its licensors.

(ii)    No Retreat materials may be reproduced, published, distributed or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of La Prairie.

16. Photography, Videography & Marketing Consent

(i)     The Platinum Retreat may be photographed, filmed or otherwise recorded by La Prairie and its authorised representatives.

(ii)    By attending the Platinum Retreat, guests consent to the capture and use of their image, likeness, voice and appearance in photography, video, social media content, marketing materials, public relations activity and promotional communications relating to La Prairie and future events, without compensation.

(iii)   Guests who do not wish to appear in marketing materials should notify La Prairie in writing prior to the Platinum Retreat commencement date.


17. Privacy

(i)     Personal information collected in connection with the Platinum Retreat will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and La Prairie’s Privacy Policy.

(ii)    Information may be shared with relevant event partners, venues, hotels and service providers solely for the purpose of administering the Platinum Retreat experience.

(iii)   By purchasing a ticket, guests consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information by La Prairie and Capella Sydney for the purposes of accommodation management, event delivery, guest experience coordination and related operational requirements, in accordance with applicable privacy legislation, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

(iv)   By attending the Platinum Retreat, guests are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by both La Prairie’s Privacy Policy and the Capella Sydney Privacy Policy.

(v)    Guests may also elect to receive future marketing communications from La Prairie and participating partners.

18. Assumption of Risk

(i)     Guests acknowledge that participation in the Platinum Retreat involves inherent risks associated with travel, hospitality venues, wellness activities, food service, alcohol service and group events.

(ii)    Guests voluntarily assume all such risks to the maximum extent permitted by law.

(iii)   To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guests release and discharge La Prairie from all liability for loss, injury, damage or expense arising from participation in the Platinum Retreat, except where liability cannot be excluded under law.

19. Limitation of Liability

(i)     Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies which cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

(ii)    To the maximum extent permitted by law, La Prairie’s total liability arising in connection with the Platinum Retreat shall be limited to the amount paid by the guest for their ticket.

(iii)   La Prairie accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, valuables, luggage or purchases during the Platinum Retreat.

(iv)   Guests agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless, La Prairie from any liability, direct or indirect loss, damage or expense arising from a breach of these terms and conditions, including any third-party claims arising from guest conduct.

20. Force Majeure

(i)     La Prairie will not be liable for any delay, cancellation, modification or failure to deliver any aspect of the Platinum Retreat arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, public health events, government restrictions, industrial disputes, venue closures, supplier failures, transportation disruptions or acts of God.

(ii)    In such circumstances, La Prairie reserves the right to modify, postpone or cancel the Platinum Retreat without liability, subject to applicable consumer laws.

21. Guest Conduct

(i)     Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward other guests, hotel staff, instructors, speakers and event representatives at all times.

(ii)    La Prairie reserves the right to refuse admission to, or remove from the Platinum Retreat, any guest whose behaviour is considered disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, unlawful or inconsistent with the nature of the experience.

(iii)   No refund or compensation will be provided in such circumstances, except as required under the Australian Consumer Law.

23. Severability

(i)     These terms and conditions govern our relationship with you in relation to the Platinum Retreat. If individual provisions are invalid, unenforceable or incomplete, this does not affect the validity of the remaining terms. In such case, the relevant statutory provision shall apply in place of the invalid, unenforceable or incomplete provision.

(ii)    La Prairie reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time prior to the Retreat.

22. No Waiver

Failure by La Prairie to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of its rights.

22. Governing Law

(i)     These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

(ii)    Any disputes arising in connection with the Retreat or these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
