As part of the Family Constellations Workshop event happening on the 7th/8th October, the Pool Of Life invites you to an additional event - An Introduction to Family Constellations on Friday 6th October from 6:30pm - 9:30pm.

Family Constellations is a new therapuetuic modality for the Liverpool City Region and wider Merseyside region so this additional event provides an opportunity to learn more deeply about -

What is Family Constellations.
The History of Family Constellations.
The benefits of experiencing a Family Constellation and how it works.
What it means to be a representative in a Constellation for another person.

There will be series of exercises and an opportunity for 1 - 2 people to experience a Constellation.

There is a donation of £20 for the evening with all proceeds going to Mencap Liverpool who are providing the venue for the event. Tea & Coffee will be provided.

Family Constellations is a innovative and potent therapeutic approach that explores the hidden dynamics and patterns within families and relationships. It is based on the idea that our families have a deep and profound influence on our lives, and that unresolved traumas, conflicts, and emotions can be passed down through generations.

Family Constellations can be used to address a wide range of issues, including relationship difficulties, family conflicts, trauma, addictions, and emotional or behavioral problems. It is a holistic approach that views individuals as part of a larger system and seeks to promote healing and growth within that system.

This intro event is part of the Family Constellation event on the weekend of the 7th/8th October.
