The Pool Of Life presents 'Community Constellations' Crosby.
Join Crosby based Family Constellations Facilitator Neil Meekin for a 3 hour introduction workshop at the beautiful Pavilion in Victoria Park, on College Road.
Family Constellations is a innovative and potent therapeutic approach that explores the hidden dynamics and patterns within families and relationships. It is based on the idea that our families have a deep and profound influence on our lives, and that unresolved traumas, conflicts, and emotions can be passed down through generations.
It can be used to address a wide range of issues, including relationship difficulties, family conflicts, trauma, addictions, and emotional or behavioral problems. It is a holistic approach that views individuals as part of a larger system and seeks to promote healing and growth within that system. There will be series of warm up exercises and an opportunity for 1 person to experience a Constellation.

Timings are 2:00pm - 5:00pm
