The Pool Of Life presents a 1 Day Family Constellations Workshop.

Family Constellations is a innovative and potent therapeutic approach that explores the hidden dynamics and patterns within families and relationships. It is based on the idea that our families have a deep and profound influence on our lives, and that unresolved traumas, conflicts, and emotions can be passed down through generations.

It can be used to address a wide range of issues, including relationship difficulties, family conflicts, trauma, addictions, and emotional or behavioral problems. It is a holistic approach that views individuals as part of a larger system and seeks to promote healing and growth within that system. There will be series of warm up exercises and 5 slots available throughout the day for people to do their own Constellation.

Spaces are limited to 12 - please book early to to avoid disappointment.

It is expected that you will have previously attended a Pool Of Life Intro to Family Constellations Workshop, or experienced Family Constellations with another Facilitator. If you have done neither and still keen to attend please contact me to discuss further.
