Barbora Hojdíková of Whole Life Fit (certified Peronal Trainer & nutritionist) & Gemma Rose Peacock of The Nature of Coaching (certified Leadership Coach) bring you a workshop focussed primarily on the female hormone cycle.

If you're looking to better understand your cycle & create a more effective, aligned way of living & leading then this is for you!

When we take the time to develop our knowledge of our cycle we can work WITH our hormones to make our nutrition, fitness, business & leadership more effective.

This is definitely for you if you:

- want to understand each stage of the menstrual cycle

- how the different hormones impact your abilities at different times in the month

- how to utilise each cycle stage for your lifestyle, fitness, career & business needs

- would like to live in alignment with your cycle, the seasons & create more self-nurture around the expectations you have of yourself

Come join us for an evening of meeting like-minded women, self-development, learning, and sample local products in the cosy, nurturing space of Healthy Self Yoga Studio.

Expect lots of homemade treats, snacks, teas, and samples from our sponsors.

Some surprises too!
