Drawing on a collaboration between Innovation Unit and Kiind, who support families of individuals with disability or chronic health conditions, we'll showcase how journey mapping can uncover the cracks in the current state and highlight the changes needed in our systems.

You’ll have a ‘behind-the-scenes’ opportunity to explore a real-world journey mapping project from start to finish, from journey maps produced in real time during lived experience interviews through to our large-format synthesised map and our portable tabletop version. You'll hear the story of how our journey mapping approach unlocked key insights to inform systemic advocacy - and how mapping their journeys proved to be a moving intervention for parents and carers in its own right.
