A bit about the trainers...

Mandy Lyons and Jen Cox are passionate about learning amd teaching all things wellness, including positive psychology and neuroscience. They are Certified Trainers for Be Well Co which is part of SAHMRI - a world leading research institute based in Adelaide (in the cheese grater looking building!). In addition to offering their Mental Health Passportand associated range of Wellness Workshops, Mandy and Jen deliver the Be Well Plan(mental health training program) under license to SAHMRI.
