Everything I teach I learned through my own spiritual journey. Our life is our path and we are always on it. The difficulty comes from not fully understanding the spiritual purpose of our experiences. I discovered some teachings and a community of practitioners and spiritual students who were willing to share the deep movements of their soul as they went through the challenges and joys of life learning how to become the self one is. I discovered this Path on a vision quest in 1984 and have used its practices and processes and enjoyed the fruits of its community ever since. Earthwalk Ways and all my own healing and unfoldment I credit to the Pathwork.

The evening prior to this one day work shop attendees will join me on an evening zoom call to meet others and say a little about your own journey and spiritual Path. This work welcomes all your prior work and understanding. It does have a conceptual component but it is then grounded in our own direct experience. I call this embodied work which embraces our human condition. It is always uniting and synergizing. I am sure you will recognize these basic teachings have spread over the last 50-75 years. Elements are included in almost all facets of the human understanding, from channeling down to trauma, body awareness. movement and energetic healing modalities. Barbarra Brennan School of Healing has a very large component of Pathwork connected to it as does the Institute of Core Energetics and Abraham Hicks and other channels take these teachings and expand on them but the basics are all there and part of what I call the Pathwork. So this work is great for those who have done other modalities as well, and can take you still into new territory and doing it in community is a powerful aspect of these workshops.

Pathwork has a group component and a one on one component. It has a movement and expressive component, and a mindfulness component. It is all about what is happening on the planet during this lifetime. The Channel received back in the late 50's that this time was coming and the information was to prepare those who were ready and to download this understanding into Humanity. As people are waking up all over and having new and expanded sense of themselves, the world, and the world of spirit, we need a tool to integrate, and often we need help where we are still blocked and holding on to old stuff we were programmed with. I have found that the Pathwork Process is so effective in working with all this. Does it happen all at once or overnight. No but it happens deep in every cell and brings wisdom and love and firmness and light. The Pathwork sees Life as a Soul Journey of Life and evolution of consciousness. One of the greatest barricades to our natural learning abilities is that we always are self reflecting with self judgement on ourselves. You will learn more about this as a first step to transformation and how you can more deeply embrace all of who you are.

The Path unfolds through our lives and we know where we are on the path at any given time as it is exactly where we are in our lives. In lecture 208 the Guide says "Your present life expresses exactly, like a faultless mathematical equation, what your inner state is." So this is the place where we begin and of course the past is present here so that way the healing happens for the past in the present. The awakening of the body energetically and the opening of the heart are also very foundational in this work. The body is the unconscious so as we learn to listen and feel what is alive in us, we learn to translate and interpret and discover the brilliance in it all.

The day long event will have morning and afternoon sessions with time on the land and a picnic lunch. Please bring your own lunch as people have so many different food needs I find it best that way. I will have some snacks and tea.

We will connect and also do experiential explorations to discover what we keep secret and hidden that we need to be aware of. And we will work with developing the compassionate witness with ourselves and each other. Again this Path covers all levels of the work and each person is met at the level that seems most useful to meet you where you are and to explore deeper.

Wear comfortable cloths. We will mostly be inside but during breaks you can enjoy the retreat and go sit along the stream. Come as you are. I know it is scary an apparant risk to try make new connections and try new things, but I think you will find this risk is well rewarded and it will help you overcome your fears of being yourself and sharing yourself with others.
