Paula Zhou is a Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy Teacher, trained with the University of Oxford’s Mindfulness Foundation. With over 15 years of personal and professional experience, she has guided individuals, schools, and organizations in harnessing mindfulness for greater well-being. Holding an MSc in Psychology and Neuroscience from King’s College London, Paula has researched the impact of mindfulness on global mental health, with a focus on schools and colleges. Her mission is to help individuals, families, and communities build healthier relationships with themselves and others.
