Ming Chiu’s Cantonese restaurant Ming’s Palace is an Adelaide institution. The longest-running Chinese restaurant on Gouger St, Ming’s signature Peking Duck and Fortune Chicken have been a staple of Adelaide’s dining scene for 35 years. Get ready to enjoy these iconic dishes alongside Ming’s Palace favourites for a special food event in conversation with food writer Katie Spain. Ming and Katie will discuss the history of Peking Duck and Gouger Street, the famous faces who were Ming’s regulars, and Ming’s journey from China to Adelaide.
Tickets are $50 plus booking fee.
