    Event description

Kia ora dear women, you are invited to join us for our first Red Tent event of 2024!

    THE POWER OF PRESENCE

Presence is the concentrated point of our personal power.

This present moment is all we have.

But what does it mean to “be in the present”?

You will explore energetic and empowering practices in a nurturing and supportive setting along with the ritual and connection you always find at Red Tent.

Come along to enjoy a full day of experiencing the blessings of presence from 10-6 or, if you can only spare a few hours come along for the circle from 3-6pm

We highly recommend you make the commitment to yourself and attend the full day. We will be sharing many processes and experiences that will build throughout the day.

We are looking forward to welcoming you into the safety, sanctuary and serenity of the Red Tent.

If you are attending for the full day (10-6pm) please bring your lunch, water bottle and snacks.

If you are just coming for the afternoon's circle (3-6pm) just bring your water bottle and a plate of snacks to share.

We will provide cacao and herbal teas.

    About Red Tent Aotearoa-

"What women want is CONNECTION. Not on a superficial level, but a REAL connection and support."

    ~Jill Natalia (RTA founder)

The Red Tent is a place for women to feel that connection and to offer and receive that support.
We want to help women to free themselves from the isolation of today’s modern world and find their tribe.

Red Tent Aotearoa has the aim to connect, collaborate, and create a community of strong and educated women in a supportive & nurturing environment.
We establish community networks and support between women by hosting local gatherings, and events in what we call 'Red Tents.'

Red Tent Aotearoa is not religious, and we invite anyone who identifies as female from 11 years + from all walks of life.
It’s our hope for everyone who enters each Red Tent to experience a sense of belonging, sisterhood, and strength that stays with them from then on.

Any questions please reach out to Jill: redtentaotearoa@gmail.com

    FAQ:
What is the Red Tent and what do you do there?
The Red Tent movement is worldwide and stemmed from the book The Red Tent written by Anita Diamant.
Red Tents are spaces created by women, for women to come each month and share their stories, relax, feel nurtured, seen, and heard.
There is nothing required of you and the main goal is for you to relax, recharge and reset. Each month at Red Tent Aotearoa is different, we invite a different woman to share her story, experience and interest with us so that we all can learn and become more confident. Some of our themes in the past have been; The Power of Pleasure, The Power of Identity, The Power of the Spoken Word, The Power of Positive Touch, and The Power of Humility. Our belief is that 'Power-with' instead of 'Power-over' will change the world.

Who are the hosts and why do they do this?
~Jill Natalia is the founder of Red Tent Aotearoa and Red Tent Australia.
She is a Holistic Counsellor and Business Mentor with Conscious Consulting NZ. Born in Ōtautahi, Christchurch, she left when she was 18 and returned 28 years later in 2020. Jill is a community-focused change-maker with a devotion to non-profit organisations and a passion for non-violent communication.
She has dedicated the last 10 years of her life to starting, growing, and sharing Red Tent Australia and now Red Tent Aotearoa as an organisation that helps start and support the birthing of Red Tent circles all over the country. Jill believes in the power of Red Tent circles to heal the women of the world and in doing so the ripple effect will be felt across the globe.

~Suzanna is a former Certified Financial Planner and current Intuitive Financial Healer, Mentor and Trainer. Suzanna is the co-facilitator of Red Tent Aotearoa, Christchurch branch.

Feeling chewed up and spat out by Financial Planning for “thinking too differently”, Suzanna embarked into self-employment with Her Money Her Purpose.

Having achieved the internationally recognised Certified Financial Planner certification, she went on to incorporate unexpected modalities such as Humanistic Neural Linguistic Psychology and Art of Feminine Presence into her repertoire to offer women truly unique solutions which take into account the whole woman – not just her money.

Suzanna’s passion is having deep conversations about money and purpose, she is gifted at holding space and loves exploring all that a woman was, is and can be. She supports women to connect with their power, their purpose, and their value so that they can feel safety and confidence with their money and with themselves.

She weaves together practical money strategies, with universal principals, and creates spaces for women to transform their relationship with money and confidently grow their wealth and impact.
