This retreat is for anyone who wishes to step out of ordinary life and the constant cycle of thinking and doing and move consciously into the realm of Presence or Being, which is our deepest and most fundamental nature.

During the weekend you will be guided through a range of sitting, walking and moving practices that are designed specifically to calm the bodymind and open you into Presence which is experienced as an alive stillness, a deep peace and a natural contentment, joy and love for all that is.

As we practice together there will be regular opportunities to connect, ask questions and discuss your experiences as well as times when we enter into communal silence together to support the process of coming to know the Power of Presence in its fullness.
