Join us in a sacred space of ceremony, connecting with intention through prayer, releasing tension in the body through conscious movement, in preparation to plunge deep into holotropic breathwork. Held by Tiago on sound and Alegra's gentle guidance and beautiful space holding, ultimately, feeling the ' Power of Surrender', gently guided back after inner breath exploration finally integrating your magnificence into a new way of being.

DRESS CODE

Loose, light coloured, comfortable clothing

BRING ALONG

A yoga mat or blanket for comfort- yoga mats are available to borrow if needed

Anything personal you'd like to bring along for ceremony

A cushion to sit on if you like - cushions are available to borrow

+ There will be no door sales, all tickets to be purchased in advance due to the nature of the event
