ABOUT THIS EVENING

Have you ever noticed how the same day can feel hopeless in one moment and full of possibility the next? Often, what has changed isn’t the world around you, but the place you’re seeing it from.

This intimate evening is an invitation to discover the Map of Consciousness and to feel it for yourself. Together, we’ll journey from the heavy states that hold us back, like shame and fear, through courage and acceptance, toward love, joy and peace.

We are in the fullness of spring in Aotearoa. Nature is opening. The days are growing longer.

It is the perfect moment to recognise where you are, let go of what has been weighing on you, and take your next brave step.

The Evening Journey:

🧘 Grounding meditation (arriving home in the body)
🗺 Discovering the Map of Consciousness: a living map, walked together
✍️ Intuitive writing: “Where do I live most often?”
🌊 The Letting Go practice: releasing without force
🔔 Immersive sound healing journey: letting go and cleansing your energy field
💛 Heart meditation, shared sound and deep silence
🤍 Closing sharing circle

WHAT MAKES THIS EVENING SPECIAL

This is not a lecture. This is not theory. This is an experience of the Map, lived through your body, your breath and your heart.

Three things make this gathering unique:

You walk the Map. The room becomes a living landscape. Step by step, you’ll move through the journey with your whole being, not just your mind.

It is deeply intimate. With only 7 spaces, this is a circle, not an event. Every person in the room is held, seen and part of the field we create together. The smaller the circle, the deeper the journey.

You take it home. You’ll cross the threshold of Courage with your own next brave step, and leave with four simple practices to help you shift your vibration in everyday life.
