The Visibility Project invites you to the inaugural Powerbrokers Series, brought to you by ANZ.
At The Visibility Project, we help female leaders become more visible through commercial opportunities, media, speaking, thought leadership and access to the right rooms. Powerbrokers is about creating one of those rooms.
We've carefully curated a room of extraordinary women from across industries, brought together to meet people outside their usual circles, exchange ideas and have a candid conversation about influence, leadership and the power we have to create new opportunities for ourselves and others.
You'll also meet our very first Powerbroker, Rebecca Houghton. An internationally recognised management expert, keynote speaker and author of More Impact, More Easily, Rebecca has spent years researching what makes leaders influential. Her work is trusted by some of Australia's largest organisations and has helped thousands of professionals increase their impact, influence and confidence at work.

Amy Springhall is a visibility mentor, speaker, MC and host, dedicated to increasing the visibility of leaders and experts. After a career spanning politics, government, public relations and strategic communications, she founded The Visibility Project, a platform designed to increase the visibility of female leaders. Through The Visibility Project, she has personally mentored more than 1,000 women in business to become more visible through media, speaking and thought leadership. Alongside her work through The Visibility Project, Amy is a speaker, MC and event host. She has appeared on major stages, interviewing former Premiers, Olympians, senior government leaders and high-profile entrepreneurs, and has hosted events attended by thousands.
Rebecca Houghton
